The City of Jasper, Indiana

The City of Jasper Engineering Department manages the design and installation of all Public Works and Utility projects for residential, commercial, industrial and governmental entities. Such projects include, but are not limited to, sanitary sewers, water main extensions, storm sewers and roadways. In general, the Engineering Department provides support services to all City of Jasper Departments from preliminary layout to final completion, construction management and guidance for proposed developments

Right of Way Permit

A Right of Way Permit is required anytime there is a disruption or excavation of road surface within the right of way of the City of Jasper. The following forms may be picked up at this office at City Hall, completed and returned for approval. Permission will be granted within 24 hours of a complete and accurate form. You must pick up the forms from the office directly.
