Every year, the German Club, the Sister Cities of Jasper and the Jasper Partnership Commission award someone "who has generously contributed time, talents, or resources to maintaining, improving or building upon our German heritage in Dubois County. This recognition is open to anyone who gives what they can in order to make a difference."
