Dumpster Placement on Public Streets – Request Process

All requests for dumpster placement on public streets must be directed to the Jasper Street Department.

To submit a request, please provide the following information:

• The address where the dumpster will be placed

• The length of time the dumpster will remain on the street

• Contact information for the person making the request

Upon receiving the request, the Jasper Street Commissioner will assess the proposed location. Following the evaluation, a formal recommendation will be submitted via email to the Board of Public Works and Safety for review and approval.

Once a decision has been made, the Street Commissioner will notify the requester of the outcome.
