Biography
- Chad Lueken is the son of Leon & the late Ruth Lueken. He married Yvonne Werner, daughter of the late Mike Werner, and Sue Werner of Jasper, in 1998. Yvonne and Chad have nine children, ranging in age from 2 to 20 years old. The Lueken children have been involved in Jasper Youth Baseball and Soccer, as well as JFL Football. They have also been active in, Bosco Youth Ministry, community theatre, St. Joseph Youth Choir, Scouting, Source and Summit retreats, Teens Encounter Christ, and VBS.
- Mr. Lueken began his insurance career in 1999 as a field agent with an international Fortune 1000 company. He established his practice right here in Jasper. He was promoted to management in less than a year, making him the youngest general agent in the company at the time. In 2013, answering the challenges of a growing family, Chad returned to personal production as local field agent. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Chad taught at Washington Catholic High School in Washington, Indiana.
- Chad enlisted with the Indiana Army National Guard at the age of 17 and served honorably for six years as a Military Policeman.
“I believe in “Jasper Values.” These are the things which make us the exceptional city that we are, and which give us the competitive advantage over other communities—things like strong work ethic, competitive spirit, generosity, religious zeal, and pride of community.” - Chad Lueken
