Loose Leaf Collection CONCLUDES

Updated: 12/10/2018

Jasper Street Department's final week of loose leaf collection will be December 17-21.

Beginning December 26th leaves, which will now be bagged, will be picked up on yard wast days.

13th Street and South - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

North of 13th Street - Tuesday and Thursday

Due to the heavy volume of leaves which have fallen, the Jasper Street Dept will be working extra hours, (until 6:00 p.m., as it is too dangerous after dark) this week (Nov. 13 – Nov. 15) & next week (Nov. 19 – Nov. 20).

This is to serve as a Reminder to All Motorists to please be aware of our personal working around the leaf vacuums & to use caution when traveling around these machines & personal.

Residents are asked to please rake their bulk leaves near the curb or along the street edge for collection on their scheduled Trash Day.  Should volumes be such that we cannot accomplish picking them up on your scheduled day, please know that we will be there as soon as we possibly can.

We thank you for your patience & understanding, as we do our best with the extremely heavy volume of leaves to be collected.

Jasper Street Dept.

Beginning the week of Monday Nov. 5, 2018 the Jasper Street Dept. will begin curbside loose leaf collection.

As in the past, the Street Dept. will attempt to collect resident’s loose leaves on the same day as their Trash Pickup day.

In the event that your leaves are not picked up on the designated day, due to heavy collection or any other unforeseen event, they will be picked up as soon as possible.

We ask that your loose leaves are in the gutter BY 7:00 A.M. on your regular Trash Pickup Day.

Also, DO NOT put limbs, twigs, rocks or other yard debris in the Loose Leaf Pile as this results in damage to our equipment.
