10,000 Maniacs Concert Rescheduled to May 18th

Due to a medical emergency by one of the band members, this concert was postponed. It has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 18th at 7:30 p.m. Current ticket holders will have those tickets honored at the rescheduled concert. New tickets may also be purchased at this time. Please call the Box Office at 812-482-3070 if you have further questions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Join us on the west lawn on Saturday, May 18th for a pre-event party beginning at 5:30 p.m. Schnitzelbank will be selling food and beverages.

20th Annual Juried Show Exhibit

We are now accepting applications for our 20th Annual Juried Show Exhibit. This show is open to residents of Indiana and the contiguous states. Prize money is $2,000. The deadline is June 24th. We are collaborating with Jasper downtown merchants for an evening of fun on the FiRST THURSDAY of the month. This community collaboration will focus on the arts, food, wine, in-store promotions, music and fun fun FUN! Visit us out at the Jasper Arts Center and your favorite downtown merchants. Most gallery exhibits will have receptions on FiRST THURSDAYS.

CITY OF JASPER TWO-TIME GOVERNOR'S ARTS AWARD WINNER! 1987 ~ 2007

The City of Jasper was recently awarded the prestigious Governor's Art Award for its city-wide support of the arts. Jasper is the only two-time winner in the entire history of the award.

The Jasper Community Arts Commission is a department of the City of Jasper and is supported by Friends of the Arts, Inc., the Heartland Arts Fund, the Indiana Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts.
